Security reports and paid order support use private paths. Never put order credentials or private keys in a public post.
Security reports
Use the private GitHub vulnerability-reporting form. Private vulnerability reporting is enabled on the official Community repository and may be used for Community or Complete Local reports. Do not disclose an exploitable report, credential, private key, or unrelated customer data in a public issue.
Complete Local order, recovery, or refund support
For an existing Complete Local order, open the Complete Local buyer support (opens our order service) and authenticate with the receipt-bound recovery material. Authorized agents may POST https://living-stack-agent-checkout-live.neoaethel.workers.dev/api/v1/team-local/support. The route records a support or refund request; it never auto-refunds or exposes order details in a public issue.
Use product and policy pages.
The product page, machine offer, terms, privacy, and refund pages describe the offer without exposing the package.
Use receipt-bound support.
The private authenticated route protects order, installation, recovery, and security data.
