Returns & Refunds

A Team Local buyer may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the completed $19 one-time purchase through the private support route bound into the checkout or fulfillment receipt.

Digital product

Living Stack Team is a one-time digital product. There is no physical shipment or return. Community remains free and is not affected by a Team refund.

14-day request window

A buyer may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the completed Team purchase. The Stripe receipt or checkout record provides the private support route described on the support page. Do not post order IDs, wallet addresses, receipts, recovery kits, private keys, or payment details in a public issue.

Original payment route

Approved refunds go back through the original payment method where the provider supports it. Card refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method. Stablecoin machine-payment refunds return through Stripe's supported refund path to the originating wallet; the destination and transaction must be verified before initiation.

Processing and limits

Provider processing times, network settlement, fraud review, and legal requirements may affect completion time. Duplicate refunds, fraudulent orders, or amounts already reversed through a chargeback are not refunded twice. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.

Release gate

A confirmed full refund revokes future package and installation access. A partial refund remains nonterminal and does not automatically revoke access. A dispute suspends access while the order is reviewed; restoration requires audited reconciliation.
